ADHD and Autism

As a mother in a neurodiverse family, Lucy understands the impact your brain has on being organised at home.


Lucy and her team knows that your executive functioning is different to neurotypical families.


You may also have sensory needs that we need to take into account. You may need specialist support to help you stay organised.


Serenity Organising can support you to to put tailored strategies in place to help you function more fully at home. Lucy is studying a Certificate IV in Mental Health, in order to ensure she is able to assist her clients fully.


Ageing in Place

The team at Serenity Organising knows that you want to stay in your home as long as possible. Let her support you and your family to help you achieve those ends.


Lucy and her team will ensure that your organising and decluttering strategies takes into account your precious memories and accessibility demands.


We can also consider as a priority your safety at home, and ensure that all service and support workers can safely gain access to your home when you need them.

Living with a Disability

Lucy and her team will ensure that your home is functioning as you need it to. For example: Should we ensure that all your equipment in the kitchen is easily reachable for you? Do you need clear walkways in your home so that you can move around freely?

Hoarding Behaviours

Hoarding disorder is distressing for sufferers and carers alike. Lucy and her team have specialist training in supporting those with hoarding disorder. All team members are Mental Health first aiders.


Lucy and her team understands that decluttering a home for someone suffering from hoarding disorder takes a calm and patient approach. Simply removing items from the home is not a sufficient solution; we also need to adjust our expectations and habits.


Sometimes it is just taking a safety first approach, ensuring that the resident, at the minimum, is safe in their home.

Families with children

Can we get children to be more organised? What do we do with their toys? Why is the washing never ending? Why can we never find their shoes?


Small children and teenagers, place unique demands on the family home. They all want their space in the home, but we need them to stay organised too. As a busy mum of three, Lucy can show you some of the strategies she has learnt to stay on top of the chaos.
